And they're off!

Our Flat Travelers have departed today for their international library adventures. Almost 40 travelers went to one of the following locations:
Bloomfield, New Mexico
Brooklyn, New York
Buffalo, New York
Humble, Texas
Kansas City, Missouri
New Haven, Connecticut

Joondalup WA, Australia
Bolvia

At the end of March we will have a Welcome Party! Keep visiting the library to find out when your traveler returns!

Teen Book Club starts this Wednesday, February 21st at 6:00 p.m. There's still time to sign up or just stop by to say hi! Don't miss your chance to talk about your favorite books and have some snacks. We'll talk about the opportunity to write reviews for the library's blog!

A Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) free book distribution will be held at the Central Library and Branches on the following dates and times:

Central- 71 South Franklin Street, Wilkes-Barre-

Saturday, February 10th from 2-4 p.m.

North Branch- 235 George Ave., Parsons-

Tuesday, February 13th from 3:30-5 p.m.

South Branch- 2 Airy St., Wilkes-Barre-

Wednesday, February 14th from 3-5 p.m.

Plains Branch- 126 North Main Street, Plains-

Thursday, February 15th from 3-5 p.m.

All children are invited to attend one distribution to recieve a free book.

Book Club
